Is the FA Cup being shown enough respect?

Arsenal are yet another Premiership club to be knocked out of this year's FA Cup after so many of the sides from the top division were knocked out in the last round.
Liverpool, Aston Villa, Norwich and Queens Park Rangers were all knocked out of the Cup in the fourth round.
The question has to be; is the FA Cup being shown the respect it deserves?
Arsenal certainly fielded a strong side against a Blackburn side that rode its luck to say the least!
Chelsea have made hard work of it but have made it through to the fifth round at the second time of asking.

Manchester City have put out a strong team as if to admit defeat in the Premier League, the only problem is their near neighbours United are still in the Cup and may stand in the way between them and silverware.
So will it be between the big spenders or will  it be an underdog that gets to hold the famous FA Cup aloft at Wembley in May?
It will take a special team to beat either of the Manchester sides or the reigning European Champions but as Bradford City have shown in the Capital One Cup anything can happen!
Whatever happens if you don't show this competition respect it has a habit of giving you a kick in the balls.
