Trophy less London

The only chance left for a London club to pick up any silverware this season is in the Europa League with Chelsea.
The League Cup or Capital One Cup to give it its proper title, is sitting nicely in Wales with winners Swansea. The team that they beat in the final weren't from the Capital either, the team being Bradford.
The FA Cup will head up North as well as it will be contested by Wigan and Manchester City.
In the Premier League the title race is all but over; London clubs fighting for third place at the very best!
So what's gone wrong to the football teams in the Capital of England? Clubs have different agendas and at the end of the day sometimes you lose one game too many.  The South East is still a hotbed for football, make little doubt about it!

Chelsea still has a chance to redeem some pride but changing Managers doesn't solve problems and it would seem Rafa Benitez is only a stop gap.
AVB has done very well in his first season as Spurs boss and I don't think silverware is very far away.
Arsene Wenger is again putting a side together that should be able to challenge next year; if the trophy cabinet is still empty at the end of next season then surely his job will be on the line?
Fulham will end up mid-table; they can't seem to make that next step up.
West Ham's aim was to stay in the top flight and they've done it well.
It would appear it’s all over for Queens Park Rangers as the trap door to the Championship looms ever closer.
For the Capital not to win any silverware is a kick in the balls.
