Where has RVP's form gone?

At twenty four million pounds you'd expect a good return and with twenty two goals this season Robin Van Persie certainly has delivered.
Yet the Dutchman hasn't scored in the last thirteen games and that's the biggest drought of his career in England.
It’s not too much of a concern for his Manager Sir Alex Ferguson as his side have a twelve point lead over second placed arch rivals Manchester City. The thing he was brought in to do was score goals and for some reason that has stopped.
Like any player RVP needs confidence and it certainly can't be said that he isn't getting backing. Maybe he's proving he is human after all!
His form won't help him retain his 'player of the year' title.
With the injury to Tottenham's Gareth Bale it seems the only player that can get in the title holders way is Liverpool's Luis Suarez. The Anfield hitman has been on fire this season and is many people’s tip to get the trophy.

Unless, and it’s a big unless, the former Arsenal man can start finding the net again. It will make it interesting if he does and I'm sure football fans will want to see some spectacular goals from the man with a fantastic left foot.
Of course the answer may be he's playing with the wrong players! By that I mean Sir Alex is always using new tactics and this might not suit RVP's game.
Whatever the reason, I'm sure it won't be to long till he's back scoring goals and making defenders and goalkeepers feel like they've had a kick in the balls.
